We are now offering our turnkey platform as a hosted service. We have all the necessary hardware, operating systems and Java Virtual Machines set up in our data center and have the latest edition of Rhombus IM pre-configured on those machines with fast databases and network connections.
No Commitment
There is no commitment to our service; you may cancel at any time. However you'll find that enterprise instant messaging is far different from the time consuming and annoying consumer variety. With a locked-down universe of users and detailed information about what you are working on and where you are, you'll find that enterprise IM keeps your organization connected like never before. And now with our hosted model, there's no need to increase your IT staff to get all the benefits of Rhombus IM.
Pick your Version: Workgroup or Enterprise
The Rhombus IM hosted service comes in two editions, depending on your needs: workgroup and enterprise. With the workgroup edition, you'll get secure and reliable enterprise IM, control over user accounts and personal profiles, access to our easy to use, ad-free and virus-proof Rhombus IM client.
Enterprise Edition takes this a step further by giving you your own separate physical server, so you can securely store and audit your own organization's message transcripts. For security reasons, we don't perform any auditing on Workgroup installations. With Enterprise, we can also support many more user accounts and concurrent connections.
Support
Your hosted Rhombus IM server will be placed in a state-of-the-art data center, with redundant backup machines, 24x7 on-site technicians to monitor hardware failure, and the stability of the Rhombus IM Server to ensure that your instant messaging system is always available.
If you need guaranteed uptime, we'd be happy to oblige with a SLA (Service Level Agreement) to meet your needs. Please contact our sales department for more information.
Pricing
Our Rhombus IM hosted service is conveniently billed to your credit card on a monthly basis. There is also a one-time setup fee equal to one monthly payment when you first join the service. Remember, if you don't like it, you can cancel at any time.
