Complimentary Support

Every Rhombus IM license comes with 30 days of free technical support via e-mail to help you set up your new server deployment.

Maintenance Contracts

All Enterprise and Development Edition licenses are required to purchase an initial year of software maintenance. This maintenance package entitles you to free upgrades (both major and minor versions) for the length of the contract, and answers to your support questions on a best-effort basis. The contract is renewable every year at prevailing rates.

We offer a variety of support levels, from simple maintenance packages to dedicated service representatives. It's up to you. Please review the latest pricing for these support levels to decide which is best for your business.

Support Packages
Maintenance Level

These protect your software investment by ensuring that you have the latest software available from Rhombus. All upgrades during the contract term are free, and if you want our help to perform a server upgrade, you'll get discounted rates.

Bronze Level

This includes unlimited email support for the length of the contract term with a trained Rhombus IM expert. This support is provided on a best effort basis and in no cases will be provided outside of operating hours.

Silver Level

This support level adds two quarterly telephone support incidents to the bronze support level.

Gold Level

Our highest support level upgrades you to ten telephone support incidents per quarter, and email support from a dedicated professional assigned permanently to your account. This same professional will also be available for on-site incidents and troubleshooting with reasonable notice at discounted rates.
